Dr. Matthew Galli
Dr. Matthew Galli completed his dental degree at the University of Toronto, Faculty of Dentistry and then graduated from the University of Michigan with a Masters and specialization in Periodontics.
During the course of his residency, he was the recipient of several prestigious awards, including the Osteogenics Biomedical Fellowship, the LeGro Award and first place in the Clinical Research and Public Health Category at the UMSD Research day. He has lectured internationally on periodontal and implant-related topics and has authored over 20 peer-reviewed scientific articles related to his discipline. Dr. Matt also teaches part-time in the Implant Prosthodontic Unit clinic at the University of Toronto mentoring graduate residents during implant surgery.
His strong background in periodontal research fostered a keen interest in understanding both the classic and current periodontal literature allowing him to make informed treatment decisions based on the latest evidence. Dr. Matt’s practice philosophy stems from his central belief that each patient should be treated with the respect and integrity that one would extend to a close family member.
He is passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of others through community outreach and started his own charity initiative called Reach for the Stars, aimed at helping underprivileged teenagers.

Dr. Gordan Markic received his DDS from the Faculty of Dentistry, University of Zagreb, after which he completed a hospital internship at Sunnybrook Medical Centre, University of Toronto, and fulfilled the requirements for the Fellowship of the Academy of General Dentistry. Dr. Soheil Khojasteh
Dr. Soheil Khojasteh obtained his Bachelor of Health Sciences at McMaster University in 2010, and then he went on to complete his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at the University of Toronto in 2014. After dental school, Soheil enrolled in the dental anaesthesiology specialty program at the University of Toronto, Faculty of Dentistry.
Soheil is a specialist in dental anaesthesia and a diplomate of the American Dental Board of Anaesthesia. He is a clinical instructor at the University of Toronto, Faculty of Dentistry, in the Department of Anaesthesia, and he has presented to his colleagues in anaesthesia and dentistry at numerous conferences. Soheil currently practices the Procedural Team Anaesthesia model, in which he provides comprehensive dental treatment to his patients under general anesthesia and deep sedation.
When he is not in his office at “Toronto Sleep Dentistry,” Soheil most enjoys spending time with his wife, Dr. Monica Pulec, and their son, Kian. His favourite activities include cooking for his family, reading to his son, and cycling the beautiful roads of Ontario.

Dr. Svoboda graduated from the University of Toronto with a PhD, DDS. He is a Fellow of the AGD, an Honored Fellow of the AAID and a Diplomate of the ABOI/ID.
